This 6 inch Steampunk Topper in black wool felt is approximately 15cm high with a satin lining, and features a wide brown leather Hat band which is laced up at back of the hat and has a decorative pocket effect detail on one side. There is also a narrower brown leather hat band with brass tone eyelet detail and central brasstone roundel detail at the front.
