This 5 inch Steampunk Top hat in black wool felt is approximately 12.5cm high with a satin lining, and features a 1.5 inch wide brown PU leather effect Hat band which has riveted loops for decoration or maybe for holding mini bottles / decorative bullets or anything else you like. On one side of the hat there is a faux leather pocket and brass tone chains draping around the side of the hat.
